The Fourth Collection in the Mintel Archive contains recordings of concerts by Chicago’s Music of the Baroque under the direction of Music Director and Conductor, Thomas Wikman. It also contains recordings of concerts by The New Oratorio Singers (such as Mendelssohn’s Elijah and the Brahm’s Alto Rhapsody) and Sacred Service (Advodath Hakodesh) by Ernest Bloch recorded during a worship service at North Shore Congregational Israel in Glencoe, Illinois. This Collection contains orchestral music by Mozart, Haydn, Vivaldi & Bocchrini as well as a large number of madrigals by composers such as Thomas Morley, John Wilbye, Orlando Gibbons, Orlando di Lasso and Claudio Monteverdi.
