O Jesus, our King, hope of those who love, how fair, beautiful and lovely.
How worthy to be loved; how sweet to watch over.
O Jesus grant that I may serve you.

O my Jesus, love and one and only light, consolation of the heart
most faithful guide! O pattern of goodness transform me into thee
I hope for nothing besides thee.

O Jesus, honey nectar, most sweet dew.
O rose of love, fairest flower. My heart, ah!
Bedew and bind fast.
This only if you allow is the end of my desires.

Psalm 23 ~ The Lord is my shepherd; therefore can I lack nothing.
He shall feed me in a green pasture:
and lead me forth beside the waters of comfort.
He shall convert my soul: and lead me forth into the path of righteousness for his name’s sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff comfort me.
Thou shalt prepare a table before me against them that trouble me:
thou anointed my head with oil; and my cup shall be full.
But thy loving kindness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life:
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever and ever.

Psalm 122 and Doxology

Laetatus sum in his, quae dicta sunt mihi:                                                I was glad in this, when it was said to me:
In domum Domini íbimus.                                                                             Let us go into the house of the Lord.
Stantes erant pedes nostri in atriis tuis, Jerusalem;                                Our feet will stand within your entrance, Jerusalem;
Jerusalem, quae aedificatur ut civitas,                                                        Jerusalem, which is built like a city
cuius participatio ejus in idipsum.                                                               Which is compact together.
Illuc enim ascenderunt tribus,                                                                       For there the tribes will ascend,
tribus Domini, testimonium Israel,                                                              The tribes of the Lord, of the testimony of Israel,
ad confitendum nomini Domini.                                                                    To give thanks to the name of the Lord.
Quia illic sederunt sedes in judicio,                                                                For there will be placed thrones of judgment,
sedes super domum David.                                                                              The thrones over the house of David.
Rogate quae ad pacem sunt Jerusalem                                                          Pray that Jerusalem be at peace,
et abundantia diligentibus te.                                                                          And that there be abundance for those who love you.
Fiat pax in virtute tua                                                                                        May there be peace in your strength,
et abundantia in turribus tuis.                                                                        And abundance in your towers.
Propter fratres meos et proximos meos                                                        For my brothers and my  neighbors’ sake
loquebar pacem de te.                                                                                       I will ask for peace for you.
Propter domum Domini Dei mei                                                                    For the sake of the house of the Lord my God
quaesivi bona tibi,                                                                                              I have sought good things for you.
Gloria Patri, et Filio, et Spiritui Sancto,                                                        Glory be to the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit,
Sicut erat in principio, et nunc,                                                                      As it was in the beginning, is now,
et semper, et in saecula saeculorum. Amen.                                                And forever shall be. Amen.
